DEPLOY ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, BC, Canada – April 20, 2017 – Deploy Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE: DEP, US OTC: DPLY) is pleased to announce the closing of a previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Placement”) which was oversubscribed. The Company issued 26,100,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the “Shares”) at a price of $0.05 per Share for gross aggregate proceeds of $1,305,000. The securities distributed are subject to a statutory four month and one day hold period from the date of distribution under applicable securities laws, as well as a voluntary hold period of six months from the date of issuance. Each of the subscribers agreed to enter their Shares purchased pursuant to the Placement into a voluntary pool for six months from the date of distribution.
